Download the Access2000 version

You must have either Access2000 or Access97 installed on your computer to use
these database designs. Access is the database program that comes with
Microsoft Office. This is a free database design. There is no charge to use it.
Please send people to this site to get the database design. Do not try to sell my work.

The database you download will have some data included so that you can see how
the forms and reports look. Just delete that data to start using the database.

This project got started because I couldn't keep track of all of the artworks I was
producing. I couldn't remember what shows I had exhibited in... I couldn't remember the
sizes of each piece... how much I charged for a piece or even who bought each piece.
The only stuff in my life that is well organized is the information I keep on the computer.
I needed a computer database to keep track of my art. I taught myself to program
Microsoft Access so that I could design exactly the database I wanted. If you want to alter
this database to suit you own needs, you can learn Access also.
It's not EASY but it's not brain surgery either. Let me know how you like it. If you have
any ideas for reports that would be useful, send me an email.
